    I THINK that the clause in the DCMA law in about non commercial video might cover things like fan video clips a lot of fans make little videos of their favorite musical artists. This was a huge battle on YouTube. I doubt we will an influx of these videos just a relaxation of what I call “copyright cops” from record companies and the like. These kids aren’t selling the videos they are just showing their appreciation for their favorite musical artist.
